About the Role:

As a Warehouse Assistant Manager you will be working closely with the Online Manager along with the Shop Managers, ensuring the operations of the business is run smoothly and efficiently. You will be required to keep track of online orders, stock management, customer support as well as helping to manage the online team.

The position is part time and days are flexible with working hours 9:30-3pm. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Order management - printing recent orders, managing open orders, fulfilling despatched orders
• Customer Support 
• Packing customer orders
• Ensuring all stock is located in the correct place and are correctly stored within the respective locations
• Offloading and unpacking goods
• Ensuring all stock is handled and wrapped in a way as to minimise the risk of damage while in stock or in transit 
• Performing Warehouse stock checks 
• Updating the Warehouse inventory system
• Keeping the Warehouse clean and tidy along with general Warehouse duties

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately & quickly
• Team player
• Physical ability (lifting boxes, moving heavy stock)
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely
• Computer literate is essential 
  
• Driving license and car preferable 

Experience: 

• Ecommerce experience (prefereable)
• Wrapping and packing experience would be helpful, but not essential
  
  

Additional Information: 

Contract Type: Part time contract 
Hourly Wage: Depending on experience 
Hours of Work: 3 days a week (this may increase during busy periods) 
Start Date: ASAP 
Location: Lewes (possibility of the warehouse relocating)
